Our first flip-over ... it was so scary. There were 8 rapids. We flipped over by 5 off them. We thing it was because we were in the boat with 4 though men with a big mouth. Our instructor asked us after the first rapid if we were scared our not. We all said no.
After that we were flipping over all the time....
The scariest part of it was that I stuckt under the boat twice. I wasn't able to find my way out, and in my part under the boat there wasn't any space to breath. So when I finally came above it felt like I was under for hours. The strangest thing is that I wasn't afraid under the water, the fear came out when I was able to breath. It was a adrenaline shot as well, it felt so amazing to feel the strength of mother nature. But I was glad there were good instructors and a lot of life guards!
